Colorado’s USA welcomes new Michelin Star restaurant Colorado has welcomed a new Michelin-starred restaurant, Alma Fonda Fina, led by chef Johnny Curiel. This addition brings the state’s total to six one-star establishments, highlighting Colorado’s growing reputation in the fine dining scene.
Festival des Etoilés in Monte CarloThe fourth Festival des Etoilés in Monte Carlo will culminate in a grand gala featuring seven Michelin-starred chefs. Notable names include Alain Ducasse, Marcel Ravin, Dominique Lory, and Yannick Alléno, who will showcase their culinary prowess in a series of gastronomic events on September 14 and 15.
Francesco Mazzei to open New Restaurant in Corinthia London Thomas Kochs, Managing Director of Corinthia London announced on LinkedIN a partnership with Italian chef Francesco Mazzei to launch an Italian restaurant at the hotel next year launching in Summer 2025. The restaurant will be takeover from the current The Northall Restaurant. Mazzei previously worked as Executive Chef for D&D London overseeing Mayfair favourite Sartoria and Fiume. He left the group in early 2023 and has been working on pop-up projects.
