Job Role
You lead the team and keep the kitchen running perfectly.
You are responsible for the food cost, purchasing and stock management.
You check the quality of delivered products and all dishes that leave the passe.
You are involved in developing new dishes and menus.
You inspire the team and are a mentor for young chefs. You ensure a clean and fresh kitchen in line with hygiene regulations and HACCP.
Working in a close-knit, professional team with a huge passion for gastronomy.
