After time spent with both of these chefs, he went to work with a close friend of mine Toms Story at Restaurant Story. Then lastly at Latymer Restaurant at Pennyhill Park working with Steve Smith. Appointed as his number two at the restaurant they achieved five AA rosettes as well as maintaining the star which has been held for 24 years “
Muse offers a 10 course tasting menu with a 23 seat dining room and has held a Michelin Star since opening in 2020.
Located in Belgravia the restaurants caters for luxury guests. Described by the MICHELIN Guide as ‘a delightful Georgian townhouse in a charming Belgravia mews – which partly explains the name. ‘Muse’ can also refer to the inspiration behind the cooking, which includes chef-owner Tom Aikens’ parents, his childhood and key moments from his professional career. Each well-judged and sophisticated dish relates to something memorable from Tom’s past, whether that was climbing a tree or enjoying the last barbecue of summer.’
The restaurant is open Tuesday – Sunday and tables are available to book online through the Muse by Tom Atkins website
